Does Nigerian have the Real Entrepreneurs ?

Are those Nigerian businessmen that are listed yearly on the front page of the Forbes magazine as the American dollar-rated billionaires as well as the richest men and women on the continent of Africa real entrepreneurs in the sense of it in all truth, honesty and reality? How did they make their money in Nigeria? Can these Nigerian billionaires survive in the globally competitive business terrain without the political patronage of the government of the day in Nigeria and shady deals?

These Nigerian billionaires are all products of having the monopoly of those importing licenses that are needed for the importation of those essential goods and services that 170 million Nigerians need. These wealthy Nigerians are all direct beneficiaries from the backroom dirty deal in the distribution of those oil blocs, highly inflated government contracts that will never be completed, tax evasion, money laundering, over-invoicing of imports and import duty waivers.

The days of the real entrepreneurs in Nigeria in the likes of the late Chief Odumegwu Ojukwu, late Chief S.B. Bakare, late Chief Adeola Odutola, late Chief Mobolaji Bank-Anthony, late Chief Edu, late Alhaji Wahab Falawiyo, Late Mallam Waziri Ibrahim, Late Alhaji Mai Deribe, late Alhaji Aminu Dantata and late Chief Isiaku Rabiu are all gone for now #NigeriaLacksRealEntrepreneurs
