1. KICKBACK SQUAT

Begin by remaining with your #legs shoulder-width separated. Next, sit back to a squat. At that point, bring your left leg straight behind you while extending your #arms forward. Next, come back to the squat position and repeat on the other side. Keep rotating sides for one moment.
