President Buhari Monday in Abuja called for a clarification from the Ministry of Finance on the foreign loans acquired for rail projects however diverted to different purposes reports Premium Times.

Speaking toward the end of a presentation on the Ministry of Transport by the Permanent Secretary, Mohammed Bashar at the Presidential Villa, President Buhari said that it was frustrating to find that foreign loans got in accordance with signed agreements were moved starting with one project  then onto the next.
