Tobechi Ulokanjo, a 16yr old boy who needs surgery abroad!

This is Tobechi Ulokanjo,a 16yr old boy who needs surgery abroad! To go to India or south Africa he needs about 5m as estimated bill. He has a congenital abnormality that is getting worse and protruding his eye. He’s been attending LUTH for about 10yrs without any progress ! He’s been given a referral letter to have surgery abroad. I’ve known the father for almost 20yrs as my children’s lesson teacher.
Tobechi needs us,he needs our support. He’s a very brilliant boy who is aspiring to become a Doctor in future. He just passed all his papers in the WAEC result released recently.
