Twitter user reveals rape of a young girl(14yrs) by a NEMA official

This individual took to twitter yesterday to shout out for help in the request for justice for a 14 year old young lady who was professedly assaulted by a NEMA staff.
 
She wanted people to intervene to bring the asserted attacker to book.
