The Syrian air defense shot down an Israeli warplane disregarding the Arab nation’s air space, an Iranian news office reported.

The Israeli warrior plane was targeted over the city of Al-Quneitra on Friday, Iran’s Fars news organization reported on  Saturday.  Israel frequently violates the Syrian airspace and dispatches rocket assaults against the nation.

On Friday, the Israeli Air Force continued airstrikes on Western Syria, focusing on an administration armed force base at Khan Al-Sheih in Damascus region and another in the al-Quneitra region following a six-hour end in assaults that took after their different air attacks over the Golan Heights.

Both Syrian armed force establishments have been under attack by the al-Qaeda-connected group of al-Nusra Front and their associates from Ajnad al-Sham and Jeish al-Islam bunches
