“Money Pays the Bills, But ‘Thank You’ Feeds the Soul: The Real Reward of Exceptional Customer Service”

There is such an unexplainable joy that comes from rendering good customer service.
The feeling that comes from it doesn’t just leave you happy; it leaves you feeling fulfilled and Highly Valuable.
The sweetest part of rendering such great, seamless service goes beyond you been happy alone as a person; the customer at the receiving end also goes home happy, satisfied, and feels honoured and special.
(Every Human by default, will resent and avoid places where they are dishonored)
Permit me to say this;

Despite doing your job, as it is expected of you.
Every good customer service-oriented person understands that beyond Profit (Money),
he/She also wants to hear his/her customer genuinely say thank you! from the bottom of their heart. (Not because it is a right, but because it reminds you that your show of Empathy and your going the extra mile was seen and appreciated)
There is a way a Customer would say thank you to you for helping them resolve an issue, complain, or probably helping them get clarity on a particular product or service, and all through that day, you would just be BLUSHING everywhere around like you have been awarded a Golden Medal.

Because you felt the Weight of the Thank You.
And sometimes, you just become a Mini god to them.
No matter what advise or resolution any other person gives or offers to them, as long as you’re not the one handling their case, they still don’t feel convinced.

I would choose Good customer service every day over Profits, because at the end, when you have their hearts, you have their money and Loyalty.
