As preparations are ongoing by individuals from different sectors of the organising committee, (ICIR/GREEN CIRCLE)

As devotees and friends of the Ifá community from all over the world are getting ready for the annual accustomed esoteric appeal and spiritual meriment in the name of FESTIVAL/PILGRIMAGE to venerate the ancestors for their spiritual support, guidance, protections and blessings, all through the year, in all spheres of our lives,

As we prepare to stretch forth our receiving hands towards the benevolent, genrous, kind and giving heart of the IRÚNMOLÈ, ÒRÌSÀ and OLÓDÙMARÈ,

It is imperative to remind ourselves the significant purpose and essentialities of IFÁ/ÒRÌSA festival….

The festival is coming up, as usual, every first week of June (2-4) being the momth that end the calendar year of Yorubas, a milestone worth celebrated being privilege to see the new year…

This is a period for spiritual renewal for the beginning of the year among Ifá/ÒRÌSÀ community….

The most significant aspect of the festival is the annual reading, which will commence at probably midnight/daytime on June 3 and continue into the wee hours of the morning.

This annual reading is looked forward to with much anticipation as it gives guidelines for devotees on how they should conduct their affairs for the coming year…

As we all prepare to participate in the conduct of upholding the legacy of our ancestors, may Ifá, Orí and Olódùmarè guide, protect and provide us with good health and wealth…ÀSE !!!
