Stephen Keshi speaks, says some African Countries Are Ganging Against Nigeria

Stephen Keshi has revealed that there’s a gang-up against him, which can be directed at ensuring he doesn’t succeed as coach of the Super Eagles.  The African champions are now in peril of missing out of next year’s Africa Cup of Nations, after picking right up just one time from their first three qualifying games. Nigeria was beaten 1-0 by Sudan in Khartoum last weekend and must exact revenge on Wednesday, when both teams play the reverse fixture in Abuja or maybe  all over.

“There is a sabotage by some people, who I won’t mention their names but who know themselves. They want to run this team down,” Keshi said on Monday.

“Some people are ready to sell this country for a dime. They want to sabotage the Super Eagles. It’s a shame. They don’t want this team to get to the AFCON, they want this team to lose outright. But they are not Go and this is not Keshi’s team. This is a national team. Keshi is a professional coach and after this (assignment), he will get another job elsewhere.”
