Never too late to honour one of the greatest anti-Apartheid warriors, Stephen Bantu Biko (18th December, 1946 – 12th September, 1977).
Steve Biko would have been 72 years old yesterday. The blue-eyed devil-South Afrikan white supremacists killed one of our soldiers but not the soldier’s ideology!!!
As we remember Biko as the founder and martyr of the Black Consciousness Movement in Azania, we must bear it in mind that Biko was murdered by the impetus of white supremacy in conjunction with the forces of capitalism. Biko was murdered while struggling for the same issues that confronts South Afrika today; the wide disparity between Whites and Afrikans, absence of ownership of lands by the teeming Afrikan population, existence of few Afrikan bourgeoisie and lastly dominance of mental slavery in the minds of the masses of Afrikan people!!!
As we remember Biko, we must let the song, fight, and struggle for the freedom of Azania and largely Afrika be our central focus at all times and also never forget one of the teachings of Biko…“Black Afrikan man, you are on your own.”!!!
