and remove him from the post of leadership, and out of the deities osanyin was said to be the younger brother to Orunmila, he knows everything about Orunmila and he is the only person that knew where Orunmila kept ÀJONÍ rope, all deities planned with osanyin to go and steal ÀJONÍ rope and osanyin went into the room of Orunmila and took ÀJONÍ rope and he went to buried it beside esu icon in the front of Orunmila’s house, and it is compulsory that Orunmila should put on this ÀJONÍ rope on his neck whenever they have meeting for all deities to see that is not missing, when it is the meeting day, Orunmila went to where he kept ÀJONÍ rope to take it to prepare for meeting but he found nothing there, Orunmila was confused and scared because all other deities will kill him if he didn’t bring ÀJONÍ rope to the meeting, so he just summoned courage to cast his divination so that if deities kill him but his households will be living fine and his divination advised him to offer a calabash of “ìbètè and he should place it beside the esu icon in the front of his house and he complied, when dog reached there it just started eating and this dog poured the ibete on the ground, and was eating it seriously and this dog started using his hands to digging where the sacrifice was placed and fortunately this dog brought ÀJONÍ out of the ground, as we know that it is good to check whether our sacrifices was accepted after a while that we placed it down, Orunmila decided in the evening time to check whether the sacrifice was accepted so when he reached there he just found the ÀJONÍ on the ground and its body was full of dust, Orunmila was very happy he took it and washed it with local soap, when it is meeting time he put it on his neck and he was heading to meeting of deities, before he arrived all deities have been murmuring the way they will maltreat Orunmila if he can’t provide out the ÀJONÍ rope, so when Orunmila entered there they were shocked because they all believe that Orunmila will never get where osanyin buried it, they did their meeting and Orunmila went away, other deities called themselves together and abusing osanyin that he lied to them that he buried down ÀJONÍ rope but osanyin claimed he did not lied but don’t just know how Orunmila found it, and he promised them again that he will know another step to take, osanyin went again to Orunmila’s house and stole ÀJONÍ rope and he went to buried it on the dunghill, when it is a day of meeting Orunmila went to take ÀJONÍ rope so that he can be preparing for meeting but ÀJONÍ was again disappeared, and Orunmila was very sad and he said there is no way he can escape death today, then he consulted his divination on what he would do so that if he die all his households will be living fine and he was advised to offer sacrifice, corncake, cake beans and white beans and he complied, he was told to placed it on the dunghill and he did so, but before he leaved Orunmila was said to deficate and after he was done he also decided to check what is going on from where he placed sacrifice, when he got there he saw that pigs have ate all the items and they dung everywhere with their nose, when Orunmila wanted to shift his leg his eyes focused on the ground and he saw ÀJONÍ rope Orunmila was shocked because he was confesed on what is happening, he took ÀJONÍ home and washed it with local soap, when the meeting time reached he put it on his neck, and before he get to meeting all deities have been discussing on how they will maltreat Orunmila, when Orunmila entered with ÀJONÍ rope they were surprised, after the meeting Orunmila went home and other deities also met and shifted blame on osanyin that he is a great lair, that he was deceiving them of stolen the ÀJONÍ rope but osanyin told them that he took it but he was confused on how Orunmila use to get it and he promised that he will finish it all in the third time, when osanyin stole the ÀJONÍ rope in the third time he thrown it inside a big river and a big fish swallowed it, when it is a meeting day Orunmila went to take ÀJONÍ rope in order to prepare himself down but ÀJONÍ rope has also missed, Orunmila swept down immediately because he thought that there is nothing he can do to see ÀJONÍ rope, he consulted his divination that when he die today his households will never die too, and his divination advised him to go and feed his head with two kola nuts and fresh cat fish but he was warned not to reduce the amount they might called the fish, then Orunmila went to river where fishermen use to catch fish and he saw two young boys fishing and he assisted them to bring out the fish, fortunately it was big cat fish and he bought it from them without reducing the amount they sold it, when he reached home he fed his head and prayed to his households that nothing should affect them after he demise, when he finished, he slaughted the fish on the neck and he noticed that something is cracking the mouth of the knife and he decided to put his finger inside, as he put finger, his finger touched something when he will drawn it out fortunately it is ÀJONÍ rope, Orunmila was greatly happy and he use local soap to wash it, when it is the meeting time Orunmila put it on his neck, before he arrived at meeting all the deities have been hurl abusive words on him, they have been plan on how they will executed him, not long Orunmila entered and they saw ÀJONÍ rope on his neck shining like gold, they looked at their faces, Orunmila said yes;

They were aggrieved of òdù pàpàràpà they threw idè inside the river
ÀJONÍ is the connected rope of ifè, Orunmila said yes he found it, Ogun lakaye stood up and he kneeled in front of Orunmila he bowl for him three times and Ogun said he accepted you as their leaders.
That is how ÀJONÍ became Orunmila’s property and he didn’t lose the post of leadership, he was dancing and rejoicing praising priest the priests were praising ifa while ifa was praising God.
