Something to consider…. ( Must read)

.. when you start a diet or working out or studying a language, you naturally expect results. it’s frustrating when you see the same number on the scale week after week. it’s frustrating when you’re not getting stronger or your body’s not picture perfect. it’s frustrating when you cannot understand what’s being said and you cannot properly express your ideas in a foreign language. it’s so frustrating that after several weeks of seeing little or no progress, you may start to feel like giving up… most people do!!!

you may lose sight of your goal, and how good it will feel once you get there. but remember this… if you give up on your diet, you’ll never lose weight. you’ll never experience the freedom and peace that come with a healthy body. you’ll never speak or understand that language.
similarly, when you start putting effort into your transformation, you expect to start feeling happier. when things stay the same it’s frustrating. lack of progress can make you feel like giving up, but just like with your diet, fitness or learning a language, if you give up on yourself half way through the journey, you’ll never be happy, and you’ll never be a good “king”…
so, remember, a victory never won in a singe day. count your little progress today. mentally prepare to do better tomorrow, and repeat the process every day until you achieve your objective.
