President Jonathan paid a shocking visit to Maiduguri, Borno state earlier today Jan. fifteenth where he met and tended to Men and officers of the 7 Division Nigeria Army at the Maimalari Cantonment in Maiduguri.
He was welcomed at the air terminal by the state Governor, Kashim Shettima.
