Rivers Governor Wike appoints former president Jonathan’s minister as SSG

Rivers state Governor, Nyesom Wike has named the immediate past Minister of State for Trade and Investment under the Goodluck Jonathan administration, Kenneth Kobani, as Secretary to the Rivers State Government. He made the arrangement today on June 5th. He likewise designated Emeka Woke as his Chief of Staff.
