Soldier Beats Up & Drags Young Boy in Mud in Oshodi, Lagos (Pics)

Why do our soldiers like operating like a terrorist ? In other words, they like to create fear in people, so when you hear there name or see them on the way, the first thing that comes to mind is fear them  instead of respect them. There are other ways to do things like making the general public see them as their protector instead of having the fear of even looking at them too much.  This occurrence supposedly happened at Oshodi yesterday evening. Its not clear what the young fellow did but rather nobody ought to be dealt with in this way.
