Jakuta Day

Jakuta Day is a day in which Yemoja, Sango, Oya can be worshipped and on which the initiation of priests begins. It occurs every five days(remembering that the Yoruba Traditional calender considers a week to be five days). The term Ija Okuta means “fighting stone”. Kabiyesi Sango! Eepa Omi O! Eepa Oya Oriri!!!
