Award-winning Nigerian sculptor Dotun Popoola transforms scrap metal into striking symbols of Black beauty and environmental activism. His 12-foot sculpture “Irinkemi Asake” was unveiled at Alabama’s Freedom Monument Sculpture Park for Juneteenth.
