Nigeria’s inflation raises to 16.5% in June, highest in a decade

Nigerian inflation quickened to the most elevated rate in nearly 11 years in June. The rate increased to 16.5% from 15.6% in May, National Bureau of Statistics said in an announcement yesterday. That is the highest rate since October 2005, as per information on the CBN’s site.
