Nigerian-American writer, Nnedi Okorafor, reacts to the negative comments made by Nigerians after sharing a picture of her knee-length dreadlocks.

The picture was allegedly taken at St. James Catholic Cathedral, Military Base, Yobe State. It was reported that the priest took the step due to incessant attacks from the Boko Haram sect in the area.
