6. BRIDGE

The bridge is another simple #exercise to tighten your base however this isn’t one of those moves that you need to do outside your home! As #effective as it seems to be, it can be somewhat humiliating to do before others! Lie on your back with feet on the floor and hip-width separated and knees bent. Gradually lift your spine off the floor from the base, fixing the glutes and hamstrings until you’ve made a line from your shoulders to your knees. Come back to the floor gradually and repeat.
