National Chairman of APGA, Chief Ozo (Dr) Victor Ike Oye Ozo Chikwadolu celebrated his 60th birthday and 30th wedding commemoration at St. Patricks Cathedral Awka as of late.

Shockingly police and civil defence authorities were spotted dragging buckets with other individuals at the occasion held at St Patricks Cathedral.

This is despicable!
