President Muhammadu Buhari wears a face mask for the first time publicly as he arrives Mali for the ECOWAS peace mission .

President Buhari wore a face mask today July 23 as he arrived in Mali for the ECOWAS peace mission.

This would be the first time the President will be wearing a face mask in public since the Coronavirus pandemic started.
