Amedeo Felisa resigned, Sergio Marchionne Named as Ferrari’s New CEO

The organization has confirmed that Amedeo Felisa has resigned following 26 years of administration to the Italian automaker, giving up his title of CEO to Sergio Marchionne, who is additionally the CEO for Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), Ferrari’s guardian organization. Marchionne will accept the obligations of CEO taking effect right now and will keep on serving as director of the organization. Felisa won’t completely leave Ferrari, notwithstanding, and will keep on serving on the governing body with a particular command as technical consultant.
