Dominique Quottara is the wife of President Ala$$ane Ouattara and First Lady of Ivory Coast. Her first spouse kicked the bucket in 1984 and she got re-wedded to the Ivory Coast President in 1991. Indeed, even at 61, Dominique makes a delightful First Lady – among the most wonderful in the entire world. She is Algerian by conception and a Businesswoman.
