Ex-Corps member who lost his sight during 2011 election violence, gets employed by INEC.
Daniel Oluwatobi lost his sight while serving as INEC ad hoc staff in Yobe State for the 2011 elections. He has now been employed by INEC. His appointment letter was presented to him yesterday.
