Once you have filled out all the documents and gathered evidence of your identity and citizenship, you’re prepared to go for your meeting with a Nigerian Consular Officer.
You’ll have to provide the consular officer with the following:
Your filled out Form from Nigerian Immigration site.
Individual Data, including: (In the online form)
– your name
– date of birth
– Place of Birth
– Next of Kin
Police Report:
– You will need Police Report in regards to your lost or stolen travel permit. A police report is required and compulsory.
