The topic they sensitized masses on were: global warming, impact of illicit dumping of refuse/drainage blockage, Air/water contamination, Health and cleanliness, and Recycling of waste.
The leader who is an Ooduarere reader spoke extensively on the disadvantage of burning refuses as a means of disposing it.

The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd.), has approved the removal and immediate replacement of the Director General of the National Youth Service Corps, Brigadier-General Mohammed Fadah. Fadah’s removal comes only six months after his appointment as the NYSC boss in May 2022. When contacted, the NYSC spokesman, Eddy Megwa, asked our correspondent to wait for an official statement that would be issued on Friday.More details later…
