The NASA rovers have been urged to take shots utilizing their own built-in selfie sticks.
The Mars rover Curiosity snapped a great self-representation from its area on the surface of the red planet amid its ongoing mission.
The picture portrays the auto size lab surrounded by dark brown sand.
The selfie, contained 57 separate photos, was taken by the Mars Hand Lens Imager camera on January 19 while the rover was investigating the Namib Dune, digging into the sand for samples.
A colossal complex of dark sand, the desert-like region, named the “Bagnold Dune Field,” including the Namib Dune, has been the subject of examination for nearly 60 days, as researchers look for a clearer picture of how Martian dunes structure in surface winds.
The rover’s arm was utilized to take the spectacular shot without the arm itself vivisble.
NASA researchers have obtained a few striking Curiosity selfies, including “Rocknest” (PIA16468), “Windjana” (PIA18390) and “Buckskin” (PIA19807).
