Kaduna state governor elect, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai visited the dilapidated Arewa Textile Industry in Kaduna ealier today. It would appear that they are attempting to resuscitate it. Textile used to be one of Nigeria’s most noteworthy sources of foreign exchange in the 70s.
