Photos/Video: Man Sells Big Snake On Lagos Roadside

Nigerian road peddlers can offer some bizarre things on the roadside – yet this gentleman is offering an big  snake in Lagos!

“It’s dangerous!” says the local spray painter, as he prefers not to give his name. “I killed it with cutlass… he wanted to bite but I didn’t give him a chance.”

The snake obviously swallowed  his goat and the Nigerian man had been watching the snake for 3 weeks before  to it returned. He says he discovered it in Maryland, Lagos – where there are numerous swampy and riverine area for snakes and crocodiles to swim into the city.

He wants to sell it for N20,000 (about $100). What’s more, it can be utilized for pepper soup or the skin for a leather belt. Do you think such creatures ought to be killed in Nigeria and sold in the city? Would you purchase the snake? Lets Gist ..
