What is wrong with this Photo ? (Prayer Lines or Swearing for GEJ version )

What about these pic, I learn that in Yoruba land, the king only point the stick at someone when his angry and he decide to swear for them, how common all these kings see now pointing the stick toward former president, is it that they are angry with him, or they are praying for him????
