The deceased, who’d been associated with a murder last Monday, was killed in a apparent reprisal.A resident said:
“On Monday a week ago, a lottery agent, Sheriff Alasia, was killed. Tunde, who’s believed to have been on the list of killers, was attacked on the nights that very day. He was shot repeatedly while his head was chopped off. His body was recovered by law enforcement but his head remained missing for nearly four days. The killers were actually playing with the head in the neighbourhood and were reported to the police. On Thursday night, policemen stumbled on Ojelade Street to recoup the head.”
