The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) today said that 355 Nigerians were included in the Mina Stampede that happened on September 24th and that out of the 769 individuals that kicked the bucket, 99 of them were Nigerians.
The Commissioner in charge for Information, Research and Library Service of NAHCON, Dr Saleh Okenwa said 214 Nigerian travelers were still missing, 42 were injured and 7 are still on admission getting treatment.

Jonathan remunerated each of the 15 families that lost their friends and family in the stampede that happened amid the 2014 Nigerian Immigration Service’s enrollment exercise.
