Hot Air balloon carrying at least 16 people crashed in Lockhart, Texas, killing all on board

At least 16 people were feared dead after a hot air balloon caught fire and crashed in a pasture near Lockhart, today. Videos and stills posted by local media appeared to show that the balloon came down beneath tall power lines, but the cause is not yet known.
