Note by the Saker: as a longtime wannabe “Putin agent” I am jealous of SouthFront!  Considering the superb performance of the Russian military everywhere in the recent years, I think that being accused of being “run by the Russian military” is the highest possible compliment.  I hope that I will deserve such a compliment one day too 🙂
