Chairman of the Code of Conduct Tribunal, Danladi Yakubu Umar, has issued a new fresh warrant on Nigerian Senate President, Bukola Saraki, after he neglected to appear at the tribunal toward the beginning of today. Is it accurate to say that they are not mindful that the Court of Appeal granted a stay of execution order on their arrest warrant?
