#Ministerialscreening: Senate screens Pastor Usani Uguru… Pst. Fails to Acknowledge Traditional Religion

 

The senate has screened ministerial nominee one Usani Uguru from Cross River state. A previous Commissioner for youths and games in Cross Rivers state. Amid his presentation, Uhuru said unemployment and moral decadence is a key variable responsible for the expanded spate of kidnapping. He noted that to address the wrongdoing, a coordinated methodology must be initiated.

On the best way to stop the tide of mutual conflicts in Nigeria, he said the National Boundary Commission must live  up its expectations.

He said the administration has demonstrated that it is working  against religious bigotry in Nigeria men and ladies from the Christian and Muslim religion however, he failed to add the traditional religion in the country. The south eastern part of the country has a history of burning down shrines in the region. This is also a form on religious intolerance in the region. Amid his screening, it was pointed out that the tax clearance he presented to the senate all bear same dates. He was asked to take a bow and go.
