Governor Obiano has asked Julius Berger plc, the firm taking care of the development of second Niger bride, to facilitate activity keeping in mind the end goal to meet the time plan for the undertaking. Obiano made the call while examining work at the extension at the Onitsha modern design end of the site. He express happiness that work has really started at the site in spite of the individuals’ believe that nothing is going on at the site.
