President Muhammadu Buhari has communicated shock and bitterness at the passing of Barrister James Ocholi (SAN), who together with his wife and child were murdered in a crash in Abuja on 6 March, 2016.  President Buhari described the Minister of State for Labor’s passing as troublesome, lamenting that Nigeria has lost a key part of the CHANGE agenda.
