The Lamborghini Centenario Roadster is set to make its debut later this week in northern California.
Designed as a tribute to the 100th birthday of company founder Ferruccio Lamborghini, the Centenario coupe was unveiled earlier in 2010 at the 2016 Geneva Motor Show. During the time, the Italian automaker confirmed that 20 coupes and 20 roadster versions could be made, which were already sold despite its starting cost of $1.9-million.
When it comes to Centenario Roadster making its debut this week at Pebble Beach, Lamborghini is describing it as a one-off, which suggests the consumer had it personalized through Lamborghini’s Ad Personam program. We wouldn’t be surprised it if this becomes the foundation for the production model.
