There is night extortion by Nigerian soldiers at Kara area, after Christopher University, Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, Ogun state. Apart from this been illegal and forceful, it causes unnecessary gridlock on the highway, that build as far as Redemption Camp, Mowe. The authority concerned should be put on notice, and illegality should be stopped forthwith.
