Tony Rooke refused profusely to pay a TV permit fee in light of the fact that the BBC purposefully distorted realities about the 9/11 assaults, he claimed.
It is broadly known that the BBC reported the breakdown of World Trade Center Building 7 in excess of 20 minutes before it happened. WTC 7 was a 47-story high rise that was not hit by a plane on 9/11 yet collapsed at free-fall speed later that day.
So Rooke said the BBC ought to have had earlier information to a dread assault making them complicit in the assault. He shared the BBC footage to the judge alongside a large number of other confirmation, and the judge concurred that Rooke had a sensible case to challenge. Rooke was found not liable and he was not fined for disappointment to pay the permitting charge.
