Is the process of becoming an Ifa initiate too expensive for the average aspirant?

If we truly want to expand the number of worshipers, devotees and prospective priests, must we not remove emphasis from **money** and begin to encourage **free** initiation process?

I have many friends in the United States who have to give an arm and a leg just to be part of their ancestral heritage. They have to pay this money and that money, and feel exhausted and defeated.

Are we discouraging people with this monetizing of Ifa divination?

Should devotee not give according to their ability, rather than according to the prescriptions and desires of Ifa priests?
