Governor of Delta State, Emmanuel Uduaghan turned 60 on October 22nd and held a thanksgiving at the 1st Baptist Church Warri that was presided over by CAN President Ayo Oritsejafor. His wife, kids and friends gathered to celebrate the governor. See some pics from the function above.
