3. GLUTE KICKBACK

Another simple approach to shape and tone your #butt is with the gluteus kickback. This #exercise is one of my top picks in light of the fact that there aren’t any jumps included and it’s simple to do while watching  the TV! Get on your #hands and knees with your knees bowed at 90 degrees. Keeping your head in an unbiased position, lift your left leg back and up, verifying your knee is twisted, until your foot is higher than your head. Press your left glute and gradually bring down your leg back to start position. Perform the same with your right leg and repeat.
