The Federal High Court, sitting in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja has summoned founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, Biodun Fatoyinbo and Mrs Busola Dakolo to appear before it within 14 days.
Busola Dakolo has earlier approached an Abuja High Court demanding a personal letter of apology from the pastor. She said his denial of the rape allegation had negatively impacted her marital sex life.
