A child who made a decision to thrive on deceit has been apprehended by security operatives. As per Facebook user Emmanuel, the guy disguised himself as a female as a way to deceive unsuspecting men and obtain money from them.

It had been gathered that the suspect who has been arrested and is in police custody – was exposed after attempting to flirt with a man client with the intention of scamming him before an alarm was raised.
