767 and 112 Emergency number still working ?

That’s not really a dead man so it’s not a graphic pic. Apparently he was knocked down by hit and run car at 10pm yesterday Friday October 31st. The one who took the photo said for 2 hours, the person was breathing, which they called 767 and 112, but all they got was that emergency response were on the way. But he explained until he left the scene around midnight, the emergency response team didn’t shown up, and there is no traffic at the moment as the road was free.

So, we must know; does emergency response work in Lagos? Why does it take them forever to get at the scene of an incident? The relevant authorities need to appear into this oh …
