193 prisoners who escaped during Ekiti jailbreak recaptured

193 detainees out of the in excess of 300 that escaped amid the blast that shook the Federal Prison in Ado-Ekiti, the Ekiti state capital on Sunday November 30th have been recovered.

Affirming their recapture, the state Prison’s representative, Mr Ope Fatinikun said the pursuit for different escapees was still on. He urged individuals in neighboring conditions of Ondo, Kogi, Edo, Oyo & Kwara to be vigilant as a portion of the detainees may need to take refuge in their community.
