Court orders final forfeiture of ₦23.2 Mln, £27,800 & $43.4 Mln found in Ikoyi apartment to the Gov.


EFCC tweeted and confirmed that a court has ordered the final forfeiture of the unclaimed “$43.4m, £27,800, N23.2m” found in a four bedroom apartment at Osborne Towers, Ikoyi, Lagos in April 2017, to the Federal Government of Nigeria.
